ABOUT FIND YOURSELF IN FITNESS
The mission of F.Y.I.F (Find Yourself in Fitness) is to promote and foster self-care practices while enhancing, teaching, and motivating women to maintain mental, physical, and emotional health.
Women will have the opportunity to be in a safe space where they can have fun, improve their fitness and health, meet new people, network and empower other women, and lastly freely express themselves.
Oftentimes as women we get lost in others and everything around us! Find Yourself in Fitness is here to remind women that we are important and that keeping up with our fitness and health goals is equally important and possible. Find Yourself in Fitness will help you meet not only your fitness goals but also your health goals. Our founder, Coach Christina, a Registered Nurse (RN), is here to be your accountability partner and asks you to be hers, as we are all in this together.
Time to Find Yourself in Fitness: where we work on ourselves, for ourselves, by ourselves! Making time for the things that take TIME!
